Note

Working hard on building the backyard shed--a pretty good full-body workout. But I really need to keep up the running and getting into the woods.

Hibernia local meet--red. Still got a slow start, but with a few exceptions ran OK the rest.

Bollinger loop to shake out the knots from the strange last couple weeks. Thought I was running easy, but timed 47min--pretty quick for a recovery run. Took a map along to read--worked well I think, I just sort of looked for similar geometries and followed along as I long as I could.

Sort of ran the green course from last weekend. Stopped to talk to Mary F who was out collecting controls, and tried to figure out whether one of the controls was really misplaced as she suspected.
Still not careful enough--even when the pressure isn't on.
