Road Running 48:00 [3] 5.4 mi (8:53 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

Bollinger--felt OK at first, but then pretty tired. Did some leg work this AM (squats, etc.) that may have taken something out of them. Lung capacity doesn't seem like it should be either.

Road Running 36:00 [3] 4.0 mi (9:00 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

Around the block. Not in a hurry, but legs seem to be delayed onset miserable from the 6hrs on Saturday, particularly ankles and left calf.

Orienteering 5:45:00 [3] *****
shoes: Montrail Cont. Divide

Hanging streamers for next week at Gov Dick. Have to really careful in some spots to get the right boulder. No idea what the distance was, but I was doing lots of walking and some running when it was nice trail. Left knee kind of gave out a few times.

Road Running 48:30 [3] 5.4 mi (8:59 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

Bollinger block with some pace work thrown in. Hard to run fast.

Road Running 54:00 [3] 5.7 mi (9:28 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

Lewis and bollinger. Thought I would take advtantage of the warmest day this year (~75), but felt terrible. Could have been the "heat" or something else. Had to walk a few times, couldn't catch my breath.

Orienteering race 1:19:35 [4] *** 8.6 km (9:15 / km) +85m 8:49 / km
shoes: Montrail Highlander

First time out this year. Navigation wasn't too bad, considering I've never been good at these subtle NJ maps. No speed in the running, though, and hips were really sore afterwards.

Orienteering 50:00 [3] **** 3.0 mi (16:40 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Guide TR

Tested out some alternatives with Sam on way back from Ithaca. Tough going--too tough for a course I think. Boulders, windfall and saplings are a bad combo. Good workout climbing the big hill.

Road Running 35:00 [3] 4.0 mi (8:45 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

around the block with some faster paces thrown in. Hips are still really sore, particularly at faster pace.

Orienteering 50:00 [3] 5.4 mi (9:16 / mi)

Bollinger block semi fartlek (as much as I could stand...)

Orienteering 3:45:00 [3] **** 7.0 mi (32:09 / mi)
shoes: Saucony Guide TR

Checking out control sites at Gov Dick. Lots of boulder hopping and bushwacking. Forgot any decent shoes so did it in my "retired" Sauconys which were pretty slippery. Pretty well beat at the end.

Road Running 35:30 [3] 4.0 mi (8:53 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

Around the block with some faster paces thrown in (with some really slow ones). Clearly, no capacity for this sort of thing right now.
