Road Running 37:00 [3] 4.0 mi (9:15 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

around the block testing my foot injury. tried to "protect" my big toe, which predictably led to pain on the outside of the foot. It would be nice if there was a simple solution--shoes, orthotics, mechanics, etc.--but it's awful hard to try all those experiments

Lippitt Bollinger loop. 25deg and breezy, but surprisingly nice with my headband and neck warmer. Ran the whole way and felt pretty good except for my right toe. Clearly, the weakest link is from my calves down.

Road Running 40:00 [3] 4.3 mi (9:18 / mi)

Lewis mills block for some hills. Felt pretty crappy all day (not enough sleep I think) and thought this would help.

Road Running 1:00:00 [3] 7.6 mi (7:54 / mi)

Grieson Reeder loop--nice weather. Thought I would try out the foot on something longer. Definitely felt some soreness coming on with a few miles to go. Not too bad afterward. Time estimated--watch died.

Bollinger block. Taking it easy to see if the right foot would hold up after some recovery time. Seems OK at that distance.

Road Running 35:00 [3] 4.0 mi (8:45 / mi)
shoes: adidas supernova adapt

Around the block--a bit sore from strength exercises, but felt strong (maybe the exercises are working). Foot felt OK while running, but sore afterwards.
