Friday Dec 28

Road Running 35:00 [3] 4.0 mi (8:44 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Supernova
Hills on lewis mills and new rds. Just and maintenance run to get me through the holidays.

Monday Dec 24

Road Running 55:00 [3] 6.0 mi (9:10 / mi)
shoes: Adidas Supernova
Bollinger--trying to get all the muscles back in some balance after the marathon. Knees, hips, ankles all feel out of 'alignment' but not real pain.

Sunday Dec 23

Note
(sick)
I had planned to take it easy this week, but on top of that caught a cold. Pretty miserable and not sleeping well. I've heard that many people get sick in the week after a marathon because their immune system is weakened. Since I rarely get sick, this theory might have merit...
