| Bollinger + Lewis Mills hill. A good number of 100-200m intervals, mostly going up hill. Legs felt stronger than expected (exercises doing some good?), but pretty winded. Left knee was also getting sore toward the end. Have to be careful about not getting to enthusiastic about speed work. |
