definitely should have taken he time to have a poo before i left.

ran with max from mum's place this morning
ran one of the new mtb trakcs that's been built.
very cool,
had to cross the creek 3 times, and i haven't seen that much water in it for a long time.
wenmt down to lerderdeg river yesterday. unbelievable amount of water there.
bridge was completley underwater, banks eroded, massive trees fallen.

ran a sprint course waz dog set for me and max at melb uni.
bloody technical area,
my becks of arabia induced terrible headache didn't hold me in good stead.
struggled around, lots of nav errors.
