made a new friend too, rode with some random old dude for ten km

blattant attempt to try and reduce self disappointment after lack of discipline last night. felt shit, heavy evrything. tried to do some run throughs with knee lifts after a brief jog.
tried to keep intensity up but failed, chest very tight
pretty sure a good taper doesn't involve sleeping on carpet for shit all time, and walking all over melbourne through fire work smoke.
