| havent been able to run since wednesday. flight cramped my calf and foot, and its giving me a really sore shin.
last two days tried to run, made it 400m then turned around. | ||

| had planned some long hours in bali, but my stoimach didn't like that idea. tried to work back into a groove and was feeloing good by the 3rd or 4th run.
my watch died, lost all my files, so times aren't accurate. did loads of swimming and snorkling this week (6hrs) | ||

very extreme was like an obstacle course dodging holes in the pavement and bikes on the roads. felt wuick but died last 5-10min | ||
