| Felt great today onthe MTB. Had the speed and strength for most of the ride. Improved my climbing ability but still got whooped!! Need to spend a morning just practising skills rather than fitness. |

| Did ten min warm up then 3 min/2min x 4 then cool down. Knee wasnt to bad but felt very ligth headed at the end. Possibly the fact i hadnt eaten since the night before and slightly dehydrated. |

| Rode the usual circuit but knee felt sore today. Backed off on the power and just did a cruisy ride to nurse knee through. |

| Did the floreat ride again this morning. A large group this morning meant alot of surges towards the back of the group. Group rode slower today which meant i could hang on until mosman park climbs. With no hill climbing introduced yet due to the knee i struggled to keep pace with the group. Got back on and completed the ride with the group!! |
