Road Cycling (Red Rock) 1:20:28 [4] 45.0 km (1:47 / km)
shoes: Giant TCR Advanced

Shocking morning this morning. Body felt fine but i just had no speed today. Could not accelerate quickly or hold top speed at all. Struggled to hold the group in various places with unexpected result of being dropped twice with one shortcut having to be executed.
6 PM

running (champion lake) 32:27 [4] 6.9 km (4:42 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano 17

Good solid hitout before the gym. champion lake is currently being taken over by a lot of rowers for the national champs. Wind is up and water level down so perfect conditions to cause havoc next week!

Road Cycling (Floreat Renegade) 1:29:43 [3] 46.0 km (1:57 / km)
shoes: Giant TCR Advanced

Was running late this morning with having to pack 2 bikes, sportident gear and my normal work gear as well. Got to the carpark with 3 mins spare.

Rode with Karl, Andre and Shanel this morning. Shared the effort around this morning but Karl's effort down to leighton meant Shanel and Andre fell off the back.

Karl and i rolled slowly up Stirling Hwy but obviously th elights god's were in our favour and not theirs. We eventually pushed on figuring they would shortcut the circuit to catch up. Caught sight of Andre near devil's elbow and then proceeded to chat with him up the climb. Shanel eventually caught us after CC and proceeeded to launch an attack to say thankyou.

Rest of the ride uneventful until i decided at a right turn that the red light had changed to green but unfortunately it was for traffic flowing straight not turning traffic. Brain fail number 1. Fortunately i realised quick and rode to median strip instead of turning right
7 PM

MTB race (Dirt Crit race 2) 39:25 [5] 15.4 km (2:34 / km)
shoes: Scott Scale 29er

Felt a lot better this evening than last week. Legs didnt fell smashed from the morning's ride and had some pre race food to set me up well. Worked hard in the initial sprint to ensure a good spot going into the first bit of singletrack. Lost a couple of places when i drifted wide into some soft sand but still had Danger in sight.

Got caught up a few times with slower riders but all in al a good night out.

Even got some pizza money at the end of the night so Ricky and I enjoyed a few good pizza's from the local pizza store on the way home. Funniest part of the night was seeing Danger win some butt cream. He's such a lucky boy :-0

running (Lake Emmanuel) 50:38 [3] 10.0 km (5:04 / km)
shoes: Asics Kayano 17

Cruisy run around the lake twice. Roadworks caused a detour on second lap as footpath was occupied by a large grader. Had to make up the lost 500m by doing a lap around the oval.

Some more mapping to keep my target of a map by may on task. Had fun on the epic whilst exploring around Martin and a bit of rolystone
