Matthew woke up at 5.20am so i got up and changed his nappy and fed him another bottle. Put him down for more sleep at 5.45am only for him to arc up at 6am. Decided at this point to take him for his first pram run. Rugged him up with beanie, blanket and dummy and strapped him in. after a bit of a fight at the start he was asleep within the minute allowing me to get out and do some training.

Now knowing that he is comfy in the pram i shall try to add more running to the schedule.

Jogged the first 3km then walked the last 600m.
