Road Cycling (PK shop run) 20 [3]
shoes: Giant Propel Adv Pro 0

Plan was to do 80km this morning before a breakfast i had to attend. Took off at 6am to meet the usual crew and headed down safetybay rd. As i approached eighty rd i notice a Pajero driving at speed from the other direction. As i passed the dog leg intersection i noticed it was turning into Eighty rd south from Safetybay rd. though noting of it until 20 secs later i heard a high revving car and was swiped and also hit from behind with a full can of JD. I managed to stay upright but the impact shook me.

Turned around and road home and reported incident. Spent the next 1.5hrs in cop shop making a statement. Cracking headache and no riding. what a great start to the weekend

Good to be back on the bike again after being laid up for the week with gastro. Expected some cramping and lethargy but managed to deal with the pace reasonably well this morning. 17 riders this morning which makes it one of the biggest tues morning rides i have done with this group since Feb.
