Same old "while watching West Wing", switching it around a bit because left hip too sore.

Note to self. Don't go orienteering on rough areas. 6-day, Harvester, SOL is a pattern developing. One run isn't worth the long subsequent layoff. Looks unlikely that the CompassSport Cup final will be doable this year :(
