Linn of Tummel. SOL3
There's a lot of races to be done around now, and with a dicky ankle racing over rocks wasn't high on the agenda. Trotted round without any serious errors, which I thought might be enough to do well. Nope - got a good thumping from Chris Galloway on 68, his dad, old Uncle Tom Cobbleigh and all.

Still, it's a beautiful area and a splendid way to spend an afternoon, and one week before BOC a salient reminder that you're meant to run in this sport!

Parkrun. On time, warm up, whatever next?

Park run, cool, gentle westerly breeze. Ran steady at 3:45 pace, felt comfortable, pushed on a bit in the last 3k, but only held pace into the wind.

Cycle with Jane Peebles- Innerleithen and back via Traquair and Glentress, finally finding th new path from Cardrona.

Some kind of MTB festival going on in Innerleithen.
