The Pentland halibut with Paul - CastleLaw Farm, Harlaw, reservoirs, Black Bells col, Glencorse and back.

Beautiful day, joy to be alive. Then it chucked down some hail after we finished!

A bit rough for the rib, and a bit steep to do with shallow breaths. Paul looking in good shape was comfortably quicker throughout.

From home- Meggetland - towpath & WoL + new track to Balerno. Then over to Ratho,bath through golf course & Union canal.

with Eugene on bananabike. Fun, until crank loosened off near the end.

Disorganised week continues. Lunchtime meeting, run at 2, meeting at 3, lunch at 4. A sunny day to check out some hills Blackford, Bburn, Braids and home.

Impossible now to ignore the fact my left side rib is cracked. Sharply, localised pain esp with breathing hard despite Ibuprofen. Bugger Devilla.

Alnwickhill, Oxgangs, Comiston Rd and home. hard work into the wind on the oxgangs road.

Boy left his curling kit at home. Jog into Heriots to deliver, then home again. Rainy, full of breakfast, bit snotty, and sore ribs, so it wasn't a thing of joy.

Lab home meadows short lap with Chris Dibben home.

Sniffy cold and battered ribs making it hard to breath, not really up for this.
Got accused by Kirsten of running in a "woolly cardigan". Stylish sleeveless fleece woman! Bah.
Anyway: kms 4:13 4:02 3:57 3:52 3:48. Obviously getting into it by the end :)

Lots of Alloa half T-shirts on display. boo.

Plod around the Monday run, finishing along the glen road.

Left chest sore after yesterday (as it was during race and in bed). Can't remember a specific fall on it - though there were so many.
