Orienteering 1:05:00 [3] 4.0 mi (16:15 / mi)

Haverthwaite training with James. BMDOC2011 course - I used to be able to stand up in this terrain :(. He's now faster than me in the terrain if he can be bothered.

Running 2:15:00 [2] 10.0 mi (13:30 / mi)

Set off up the hill from Troutbeck for an evening jog. Plodding on, and after an hour I'm on top of Froswick, back over Ill Bell, then lost confidence in the mist (no map, compass or studs) and dropped back in to the valley - there's a good path on the ridge. Trundled home, bit longer than planned.

Orienteering 18:13 [4] 2.5 mi (7:17 / mi)

WOC sprint selection race rerun.
Nice course, though forever stopping for pedestrians, and cheeky sharp turns
thwarted by parked cars. Must have been quieter when they had a serious race. Also notably little survey, uncrossable walls up to 10' shown as road edges. A good use of a wet aternoon.

Orienteering 10:00 [3] 1.4 mi (7:09 / mi)

Enjoyed it so much, ran the second half backwards.

Running 22:00 [2] 2.0 mi (11:00 / mi)

To and from the car @ the pool where J&J were notching more swims.
