Orienteering race 1:26:30 [3] 10.0 mi (8:39 / mi)

Southern champs at sheepleas. Never got into it, then got stuck in unmapped brambles on an 8 min parallel error. Generally losing time by going round when straight was faster, even through the walk. Last section of low viz control pick was quite fun.

Really useful session. Every couple of years I forget how much I hate night OI and need to reminded. Had pretty much Sussex that out by 8 when the torch snapped.

Ran to and from craigmillar.

Half hearted interval session to blow out the cold.
6x800 3:12 12 07 07 17 12 30 sec recovery.
A bit untidy in the middle as a group pushed on, requiring us to split the group.
