Stag cumbernauld sprint. Much in car grump, left late, no warm up time, trotted round wearily.

STAG middle Glencryan. (and not just Glen)

Good example of my least favourite thing, the rough, thorny middle distance. I was duly crap.

CAT, work to & from Old college. University Strategic Plan focus Group. Tried to persuade them that (admitting to) not having a plan was a good thing. Too subtle.

Meant to go running, but it was all a bit wet.

Rather dull area with some marginal mapping. Course made the best of it but I carelessly ran 12-14, when 13 required doglegging back on myself. Had planned the leg and everything, just forgot to nip back to the control. No idea I missed it until download. Too much planning ahead...
