Orienteering 1:02:00 [3] 6.2 mi (10:00 / mi)

Calder Wood, blue course, after running the start. Lovely with the bluebells out, and a really nice course by Ken. Unfortunately, leggies still refusing to play, so jacked on the brown, trundled slowly round blue instead, and managed to mispunch into the bargain. Still it was a lovely sunny afternoon, and I got my first fastest split of the year woohoo!

Jonny Crickmore got the other 27 ;).

Struggling with balance,and a bit dizzy, so stopped for a bit half way round. Much better on the flat by the reservoir coming back :)
