Hot hilly road run from Holderness school Mt Prospect, Smith & Sargent. Woods looked nice throughout, but nary a track did I escry. Probably get shot if I tried.

Orienteering 1:15:00 [3] 10.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Boston Sprint Camp. Rerun. Three very different ares
Exploiting jet lag to get out at 6:30 and run

Three courses in Boston Common before breakfast. All about angles,with good visibilty didn't use the compass at all. Fun.

Two courses at Franklin Park. Hmm. This would have been great with oshoes, gaiters and a knowledge of what kind on leaf thorny plants have. Ended up shredding bare legs, and running round a network of vague paths which was really hard to do. Lots of care with compass and detailed local navigation.

One course in North Point. Expected this to be easy, but with lots of OOB strips it was tricky to nail the best route. A few stuff ups.

Loretto sprintelope by Scotia. Rather super course. 2nd behind Oleg, 2nd or 3rd fastest on every split except, obviously, the run in (7th= of 3)

usual warm up & down. Lost track of time and arrived in the middle of the first rep. Ooops
