Orienteering 40:00 [3] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Test course at Binning Wood with James and Ibuprofen. He finally caught up with a km to go. Hamstring notwithstanding, this was fine, pretty much ran the whole way, some nice sections of wood and a non-trivial path network. Not sure what everyone was gurning about two weeks ago. Potentially awardwinning map too*. Parking looks good and assembly options as well.

* surrealist fiction, perhaps.

Gullane with the 945 brigade. Big group this week, maybe 15 in the chain gang and another 10 behind. Lovely cool sunny day,. All very comfortable as I might hope from a group of old men and middle aged women.
