Running 1:00:00 [3] 6.5 mi (9:14 / mi)

Cairnpapple, Knock and Ravensgraig runaround with James. Much to like about this run, terrain, views, weather, company. Nice change from Pentands, we should make that extra 15mins in the car effort more often.

Need to map this area just for the name :)

Running race 27:01 [5] 4.1 mi (6:35 / mi)

KBdash Caught 30sec by Iain at 1mile, (6:48) which was a bit of a shocker, then hung on and passed him a 2mile, he got me again at 2.5, and we swapped again before he sprinted by at the end. Overall, pretty fun race, good conditions, felt fine.

In and wup for dash

Note

The quest for the sub 27 KB dash continues. Last three tries. 27:00; 27:01; 27:01
