Pentlands-ish with ȷames from Bonaly. Sunny day but not as hot as yesterday. Rediscovered that its a nettly faff to contour to Harlaw, then up and over to Glencourse, Back to capelaw, big contour round before finaling going up from the strainstile. Down to the woods toward the car, but james bleating about "computer says no" so back round the reservoir and onto Capelaw again.

Overall v.nice Hanging on, but only felt totally embarrassed on the climbs.

Cool and a bit windy. Not feeling particularly good, but notably faster than last week.
Running in the comfy wide boat-like NB1060s, as opposed to last week in the lighter blue 720s which are very soft.
Sore knee before starting, loosened up in the session, but made itself known again later.
