Bestwood NOC event.
10/23 Steady, with calf tight throughout but never pinged. Lost some time on the longer legs, predictable given the running speed. Area was ok, many paths and brambles making the woods a suboptimal route. Well planned to give long legs with route choice and v short legs in the woods.
