In out, and a lunchtime ride up and round the Braids, with three hard climbs and various faffage. Yellow bike.

Comeback continues with a return to orienteering
Maze-O in the Carcas garden.
As usual, beaten by some Ward person. (Lucy this time)

From Jon's house, through to Elgin on the bike path. Got a little snowy and slippery up towards Elgin, so back down to to Lossiemouth, round the airstrip, wee detour to Duffus Castle because, the back to Roseisle a tad early, so add a loop up to Burghead and back to Roseisle. Cool, mainly sunny and fine cycling with 5-layers...

Mostly flat, mostly brisk

Then back from the event to Kinloss in the p*ssing rain.

With Jane, lap of Loch Tummel wit detour via Pitlochry. Generally nice, then light sleet for the last 20 mins was less pleasant.

Physio FASIC/Morag. Definitely a muscle injury, generic six-week recovery expectancy (3 done now). Grade II. Apparently these things are quantised.
