Orienteering 58:48 [3] 5.6 mi (10:30 / mi)

FWTN braids.

Mass start, which meant all the boys shot off and I ran with Fay for a bit until we crossed to Mortonhall. Spent a while hunting for a bunker around the wrong green, and eventually gave that one up. Otherwise, all good fun, on one the nicest night o areas.

Note

SIAC was flashing all night. turns out if you go straight to download without visiting the finish, it doesn't get switched off.

Orienteering 18:06 [4] 2.5 mi (7:14 / mi)

Scottish Sprint Champs, Broxburn. winner: Ian Maxwell 1607
Simple course, a bit icy, going OK then wrecked it all by punching 7 instead of 14, running 14-15 starting at 7 worked almost all the way until 15 wasn't there. finally figured it out but lost about 90 sec.

Orienteering 13:48 [4] 2.4 mi (5:45 / mi)

ESOC Sprint Broxburn. winner: Ian Maxwell 1307.
Second race, not a chasing sprint this year. Pretty easy and had a perfect run to come 4th, only person on top 7 without a fastest split.
