Ran home through the Hermitage, sans stick, avec limp. Numb region has retreated a bit further, to inside of leg knee to ankle, Quads still showing alarming tendency to buckle, though it might be the leg going under it. Back sore again.

In and out. 1 stickless mile is about right, but things are improving. The tingling numbness now confined mainly below the knee and above the ankle, on the inside. Weakness still everywhere.
