run in, slowly but evenly. As much inhibited by breathing as legs, which makes no sense at all.

Planning and taping at Callendar. Stick proving useful vs vegetation. Generally able to progress except for ditches which, unable to climb or jump, are an insuperable object

Gentle ride out through Craigmillar, Newton, cycle path to Roslin and back. Leg not so bad, back, pretty sore.

Stretching, in particular some new sort of inverted sit up thing to curve the back out.

A setback today. Sore back, on the painkillers gains, and the shuffle in and out wasn't pretty. No stretching.
