Running 20:00 [3] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Down the hill from the EC at Drummond Hill to the farm gate. Gravity was supposed to ease the lungs and help with leg weakness. Still felt more limp than run,

Cycling 4:00:00 [3] 47.0 mi (5:06 / mi)

From aberfeldy, around loch Tay via dull killin and the south road. With Jane. Hugely overambitious at this stage, and really struggling on the climbs and rough bits of tarmac. But completed it,and the final section from Kenmore is flat and smooth.

Running 55:00 [3] 3.0 mi (18:20 / mi)

Two session day! in to work, then back out to AA to resurvey some of the worst bit.

Running 45:00 [3] 4.0 mi (11:15 / mi)

Drs again this morning, to get something to help get me running.
He called the consultant and I'm OK to breathe a bit harder. So to the Meadows, and around, almost like a run.
No runs though :(

Running 40:00 [3] 3.0 mi (13:20 / mi)

3 miles, in four 3/4mile blocks through the day, each to the edge of what seems sensible and no further. I think calling it a 4*1200 session might be stretching the point.
