With Jane - Traquair, Mountbanger, Ettrickbridge via an icy pass - oops, Selkirk and back on the main road via Walkerburn.
Cold, dry, struggling with legs on the hills from the go get, OK on the flat.

Meadows, still a bit snotty, but this was good. First one too quick but hung on for. 4:26 32 34 33 35. Began to feel like the legs are doing what they're told - a bit weird, but mainly concentrating on form rather than speed, basically teaching legs how to run again.
