Cycling 1:08:00 [3] 19.0 mi (3:35 / mi)

Exact same route as yesterday.
According to janes computer/garmin, we had a higher average speed, and it took longer. Not sure if the mileage was fewer or less.

Running 20:00 [3] 2.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Quads still ridiculously sore after weds run. Used to have to chuck myself off a steep hill to achieve this. No calf muscles = instability = DOMS.

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3] 6.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

In, and then over the Braids and back through the Hermitage and shoulder. Today was the first day after the world began to shut down. No students at work, or runners on the Braids, so pretty effective self-isolation. Not locked down, but Edinburgh is strangely quiet and subdued. The first car I saw this morning was a hearse...

Orienteering 2:00:00 [2] 5.0 mi (24:00 / mi)

Out around Jack Kane, jogging and checking at the Sprintelope map, which is generally OK. Found a few unexpected gems.

Orienteering 35:42 [3] 4.6 mi (7:46 / mi)

Scottish Middle Champs. Gleneagles
This went ridiculously well. "Ran" pretty much all the way, and it didn't seem rough, except in a few small places. Being a middle, it was just trundle along the red line, but some vague terrain and low hanging meant being accurate had some benefit. This may now be it for orienteering what with cover and all, so this was a nice way to go out. Tomorrow will deffo be too rough.
