Not-the-parkrun 5km race with jane on Queens Drive. Hung on up the first climb, then moved away on the flat and downhill. Survived the final climb OK without getting caught.
The all-road loop is about a furlong over 5km, so Garmin gives me 24:54 for the net-downhill 5km, just shy of 8 min/mile. So one target achieved, another achievable to go for.
