Thursday Dec 7

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]3 km (6:40 / km)
slept:8.0
Warm up run to Chedoke with Slice
C • Saturday morning run 1
Running 6 km ( / km)
(injured)
A warm up lap on the trail and then ran the escarpment rally. Really nice run, but I think I might have myself an injury - it hurts quite a bit by my left knee. Also, running in the woods is tricky! Trying to keep myself upright distracted me from the pain by my knee, which was good. But I rolled my right ankle once and my left twice - oops. I think I will have to take a few days off for this injury - arg.

Wednesday Dec 6

Running 1:05:00 [3]10.5 km (6:11 / km)
Borrowed warm stuff from Slice and now running is much more comfortable:) Felt like I was fighting my muscles for most of the run.
C • Toasty 1

Tuesday Dec 5

Running warm up/down 40:00 [2]6 km (6:40 / km)
slept:4.0
The usual route to Chedoke and back with Slice. I lay awake most of last night, nervous for my very first OSKE.
Running intervals 40:00 [4]4 km (10:00 / km)
6 figure eight loops on golf course with 2 minute breaks in between - after looking at Slice's log to see what she estimated the distance as, I will say 6 x 650m:)
Running 10:00 [4]
10 stair repeats

Monday Dec 4

Note
Studied until dinner then stepped outside to go for my run, only to see snow! All you ontarioites and yukonites will laugh, but I've never run in snow. I didn't really know how to. I didn't want to slip and fall so I decided to forfeight until I've talked to someone (do I need to run slower? Stop at corners? We ocean dwellers don't know these things).
Darn it. I hate missing runs.
C • is that a joke? 2
