I've really fucked something up now. I don't know why it happened, but after about 4km into this run my back started aching and steadily became worse. By the time I finished I could barely walk the pain was so bad.
It's still hurting two days after, and I'm worried I might've done something serious. Hopefully it's just a muscle strain though.
