Oh boy this chest cold is certainly not going away quickly. Well, I am coughing a lot less but my lungs just aren't expanding fully yet.
Nice morning temp for a run while we heard thunder and saw lightning just over the mountains. Just in time for the bike parade at school for bike to school week.
Pretty cool that Wade Simmons is a school dad and is there to lead the parade and do some cool tricks for the kids.
