| Back to our Tuesday trail run. Bash and I braved the humidity and impending storm (which never came) on the HVT. It will be our last run for about a month as we are away at Extreme and she and Bent are off to hike across Europe (okay maybe not the whole thing but lots of it!!) Legs are feeling pretty good... |

| With Phatty around Orillia....we rode some of the triathlon course from last year and I listened to Phatty work on his Aussie accent for our upcoming race in Prince Rupert with a true Aussie.....it's pretty good I have to admit! |
