	Went up to Bash and Bent's place to meet up with Slice for a run in the late afternoon. We were both dreading it since we hadn't done much of anything since Extreme. It went about as well as expected as we groaned our way through the run feeling like we had never run before. Funny how needing to recover and being really out of shape feel very similar. Nice sunny day but hot - we both decided we don't like the heat either!
