| Terrible ride! The wind was howling which is okay except that it kept blowing me toward traffic. I was white-knucked the whole way and two, not one, two separate school buses came way to close for comfort. I didn't think it was appropriate to flip the bird while little children peered out of the back of the bus!!! Should have gone mountain biking. At least the deer don't come that close. |

| Trail run in the beautiful sunshine and the temperature was perfect. I can smell fall coming and I love it. I felt pretty good today too - now there is something new! |

| With Bash and Stan at Albion Hills for the Wednesday morning ride. The temperature was perfect and although it rained lastnight the roots weren't too bad but we were careful. I came around a corner to the white tail of a deer right in front of me and once again I marvelled at how gracefully they can run through the forest - if only! Sun was shining by the time I headed home for some lunch and stretching. Great ride! |

| With Bash on the HVT. Humid today but cooler so it was nice running weather. I felt 10 times better than on Sunday thank goodness. Still have a headache but maybe that's because I am cutting back on my coffee intake. I haven't had one since last week. This nutrition course that I am taking is killing me! |

| Finally Phatty and I were able to get out for a run after much running around to closed bike shops and conservation areas where it was pouring rain. We ended up back at home and ran from the house on the trails. Then we both felt like crap and cut the run short. Must have been all those virgin caesars for me and cokes for Phatty! |
