| Around my sister's place in Burlington while her and Slice made a yummy dinner. Slice had already put in some running time today so I had to get my butt off of the couch. It's been a busy and lazy week. I made my way down to Lakeshore and through some really nice neighbourhoods. Slippery on the roads and had a couple of hooligans yell at me! Glad I forced myself out the door for some fresh air though. |

| Out with Scooby, Goose, and Rocky for the Wednesday night run. Chilly and slippery. I went down twice but with no injuries thankfully. Great route through town picked by Rocky. We avoided the wind most of the way except for a few blasts on the way back. |
