| Went to do hills and just felt like crap. My legs were still heavy from the weekend and that's probably because I didn't do any recovery work or stretching. Not sure how many times I have to learn that lesson. |

| I'm not entirely sure how long this run was but I certainly started to feel the hip flexors in the deep snow after a short while. I was motivated to continue since we were having Mrs. Scooby's chili at Rocky's place after. Yummy! |
