Road Running 52:00 [2]

Out for a morning run with Bash and Rita (one of Kim's best friends). We just went down the cottage roads but it was a great way to start the day.

Yoga 20:00 [1]

I only got in about 20 minutes of yoga on the dock before I started to focus on my job as videographer for the day. What a perfect day for yoga on the dock in Muskoka.

Mountain Biking 2:15:00 [3]

I had Phatty drop me off at the Torrance Barrens for a ride before the weekend wedding festivities began at Pinecrest. We were MUCH later than I had hoped in getting there but I started riding at around 5:30pm. I ran into Harps, who was also out for a ride, but we were heading in different directions so I continued on. I was going to do an out and back but then just decided to ride to the far end of the course and come back on the road. The temperature dropped pretty quickly and I didn't get back until just before dark. I was frozen but it was good excuse to push hard on the road. Great ride!

Trail Running 55:00 [3]

Well what are neighbours for. Goose called just as Phatty and I were sitting down for dinner to see if anyone wanted to go for a run. Phatty had it in his head that he was doing yoga and I felt like going to bed. But, we both agreed to join and KD came over to make sure Weeanimal didn't sneak out of her room. The rain came down harder and harder as the run went on but am I ever glad Goose called. I was supposed to go for a run today but my 2 1/2 hour hair appointment (Thank God I only go once a year) took up most of my afternoon! I bet my stylist (that sounds better than hairdresser) would be happy to hear that I threw my new "beach curls" do back in a pony and went running in the rain after she spent all of that time on it. Priorities!

Yoga 48:00 [1]

I got 48 minutes in before the Wee one started yapping away, insisting on getting up to play. Another power yoga session, this one focussing on the core. I HAVE A WEAK CORE.....and MUST work on this leading up to Tasmania.

Mountain Biking 1:45:00 [4]

Tried to push the pace a bit today since I was not happy with how my legs felt on the bike on the weekend. Rode up to Albion and did a tour for about an hour before coming home. Felt better than expected.

Recovery run up the HVT. Looked like it was going to storm but it must have moved off. Saw a couple of deer. Legs were heavy but not as bad as I suspected they would be.
