Training Log Archive: Leanimal

Soft sand beach run with my sis. Stopped to take a photo for a nice couple. I think they were getting tired of me climbing around trying to find the perfect shot while they perched themselves in a palm tree over the ocean. I also played with all of the settings on their camera explaining that it was worth it to have a great photo of the two of them. When they managed to climb back down they were thrilled so it was all worth it.

Beach run with Mr.Smyth after lunch in the blazing sun and 30 degree weather. I thought I was going to puke. Had to stop to stretch out a cramp a couple of times. Nice beaches.
