Training Log Archive: Leanimal

Morning ride with Marion after dropping the Wee one at school. Temps were warm but it doesn't seem to matter so much when you are on the bike. We did a nice rolling route around her place. Learned a new swear word today as she cursed a couple of drivers who honked at us as they went by. We were riding side by side but we are still a vehicle so she had a point.

After being sick since the Maxi race I was finally able to muster up some energy to do a trail run/hike. Nice and fresh from the rain yesterday and my legs aren't too bad although stretching might be a good idea.
