Happened to be in the area, and while I wasn't registered in the QOC orienteering event ("beer chase"), would have happily swinged by to say hi and observe the fun event. But at the end, in such a beautiful sunny day, decided instead to stop and park in Annapolis, where i found free parking by St John's College, and went walking the streets and visited the Naval Academy. And after that, it was a straight 4 hour drive back to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Well, i missed to see the Quantico Orienteering beer chase, but I had an enjoyable day nonetheless.
