J-A-KTU-P-J. Training without any plan in advanced. Warmup to Stumbras 12' (legs are OK) - run to Panemune 21' (legs still OK) - 3xDobileliai Loop on competition speed 14'45" (after second Loop legs aren't OK) - easy long cooldown with Medeina's Masters 33'.

Vilnius Champs. Middle. Mickunai. 7.4k/20ctrls. Technically good performance - about one minute mistakes, maybe less. But left leg is still not OK. Especially after 13th control. Doubt could I do so good technical run with both legs...

Romainiai. 3.8k/20ctrls/M1:5.000. It's 500m from my house. Really flat course. No time for warmup again. Tried to do the best what can do one leg man. In one control was waiting for ~15-20sec while little girls will punch in their cards (we are usig old style punching system).

J-P-J. Taped leg with special grid and elastic tape, used some warming lubricants... Feel better then expected... So tried to do some training...
Warmup 31'24"/6k/avg 143 - 5.5k Dobileliai Loop 25'52"/avg 170/max 188 - Cooldown 37'/6k/avg 140. Uphill running is without problem, but it hurts on flat and expecially on downhills.
The best time of Dobileliai Loop is 23'29", so it's ~30"/k better... Much to improve.

Warmup 51' (left leg still not OK but better then last few days) - 5x40m uphill race pace (on 5th slipped and my leg become really bad) 6' - tried to cooldown (14') to job but on half way decided to cancel this job and walk back. Doubt about possibilities to do some proper training this week.

Kacergine. O-course 6.6k/19ctrls. No warmup, no cooldown. Took it quite tough first half, later one leg started ache so took it easy... Bad decision to run without warmup on cold and rainy weather. 3'-3.5' mistakes (1' - wrong control place).

Pagrenda. Long race on cold weather. Did too much mistakes (5-6mins) and my speed was not the best so far. Was able to run faster but wasn't sure about ability to get to the finish. Marius won with 83'. Beated Pupsikas for the first time this season on long course. Good. Very guinness. Ankle was OK after short warmup.

Panemune. Warmup 2k 12:43 - o-course 7.1k/20ctrls 46:43 (one mistake ~50sec, almost walking) - cooldown 2k 13:52. First 30min where realy bad for my ankle but later it seems somehow went better.
Doubt about my possibility run on satarday's relay.

Romainiai. Good training with Jemelia.
Warmup 43' (incl. 'flat loop' 30:55) - '3k test loop' 16'15" (Jemelia did it in 16:00 but he was running behind me till last uphill cos he doesn't know that loop exactly . Sure that cold do it 30sec better) - cooldown 41' (incl. 'flat loop' 33:50).

Two news from this training. One good and one bad.
Good one: it was my PB on this test loop.
Bad one: twisted my right ankle badly on this run. I'm one leg guy now:))

Did good run except two controls 3' + 3'. But my speed was too low. Total ~7.5min mistakes. Leader - 1.18:03.
Lost to Pupsikas again.

Jurmalciems. 6.2k/17ctrls. Did many mistakes, total ~3min. But lost to leader just 1min/km that was surprise for me. Leader - 35:07.

My mother found time for watching children so I went to Pazaislis. 6.1k/20ctrl course. First 5 controls - warmup, later every second control - competition speed. Did just few very small mistakes. Total about 30sec.
