Vilijampole. Neries krantine. Easy skiing with lack of snow on flat terrain. Better skiing then yesterday, but a cow will never become a gazel.

The first skiing this season. Very bad feeling in the begining, but i felt miself better at the end of training. Very short training because of Urte's Birthday Party. She is 7 years old allready :))

'Romainiai Loop' 14k + some extra flat very easy run near Lampedziai lake. Ran with Ramunchikas very slowly on snowy ground.
All the way we kept easy so it wasan easy session. I wanted to ski in afternoon but priority was selected for family.

Job-Azuolynas-Job. Easy jog with 10x10" drills. It was something interesting on warm-up, I was running very easy (6-7'/km) but my heart rate suddenly inceased up to 174bpm, I stopped for few seconds and everything was OK later.
