Girionys. Warmup 7' - o-course 7.2km/17ctrls on 80-85% 52' - cooldown 1'. The map was 10 years old so some vegetation mistics was expected by me:) Not bad performace with 1'30"-2' mistakes. I wanted to do short drills after course but my right leg was not okey all time and I decided to go home.

J-A-J. Interesting interval training with Ramunchikas. Warmup 31' - tree-strumps (x300 doubles) 11' - recovery run 7' - 15x(series 1'30" harder + 0'30" recovery) total 30'- cooldown 14'. The plan was to do 20xseries, but I do not feel fully recovered after tough weekend...

EST. Pariisi. Baltic champs relay. Warmup 11' - first leg 7,5k/17ctrls. Very poor performance. 10-11' mistakes and legs were with cramps after 6th control.

Panemune. Warmpup 3' - o-course 6,1k/17ctrls. I did ~2min of mistakes. My pace was very low and orienteering was bad. Bad day for training. Should rest more..

Aukstadvaris. R.Kutka's 60th birthday. 3 o-courses. The first one on '74 map M1:20.000 2.2km/8ctrls 1h18'... I don't know how many mistakes I did exactly but it should be ~60min. The second course on on 2005 map M 1:7.500 2.15km/13ctrs 19'. Almost error free. And the third one was on 2005 ortho-photo map M 1:3.300 2.04km/12ctrls with two controls in wrong places:)) 43' with ~25' mistakes. Sauna and beer party after the race.

Armed forces champs. Zivulciske. Warmup 26'42" - o-course 4.4km/12ctrls 24'25. Good performance, total <=30" mistakes. Somehow I was tired over 2km and the last part was quite tough for me.

Orienteering (Testing H14-1) 33:17 [3]**** 4.5 km (7:24 / km) +100m 6:39 / km
spiked:10/13c shoes: Tiger Old
Zivulciske. For cooldown we decided to control o-course for children H14-1 4.5km/13ctrs. 80" mistakes. Course was more dificult than for armed forces.
Orienteering ('green'+tough) 49:27 [4]***** 6 km (8:14 / km) +200m 7:04 / km
spiked:9/16c shoes: Tiger Old
After 2 hours another o-course in Ringeliskes forest with Ramuncikas. 3x1,0km courses with 4-6cntrs each + recovery 3-6min after each course. O-courses were mostly in 'green' area and it was realy dificult to orienteer here. We managed to run on >10'/km pace.

J-A-J. Warmup 26' - 300 pairs of tree-strumps 11'28" - some fartlek by me: 5' hard / 5' recov / 3' hard / 3' recov / 2' hard /4' recovery - recovery. Legs were not so fresh as I was expecting but not so bad that can be. Resume: good tough training. One more left for this week.

Job-Azuolynas-Job. Long warmup 42' - 10x12" uphill with 70" recovery (not at max speed) + 1 series of jumping - cooldown 13'. Felt almost recovered after 3 day's of races. It's good because this week will be tough :)

Vilnius '07. Vievis. Warmup 13' - o-course 8.6km/20ctrl 53'10" - no cooldown. Handicap. The best day of these 3 days. 80-90" mistakes. Maybe some beer helps??

Vilnius '07. Long distance. Vievis.Warmup 18' - o-course 1h24'39" - cooldown with Grafaz 11'. It was interesting place with better runability and paces than I was excpected... So I was too slow at first 2/3 parts of course. Later (after 14th control) I decided to run more quick but I did several mistakes and bad root-choices... Total ~4' mistakes. 1. Simas 72'16"...16. Me 84'39".

Job-Azuolynas-Job. Warmup 19' - tree-strumps 5'50" - 5x100 double with 1.5-3' recovery - 1 series of jumpings - cooldown 14'. I wanted to do 10x50-75 doubles but after 5th decided cancel this job. Not fresh feeling at all. I'll rest next 2 days till Vilniaus 3-Days.

B.Voke. Tough training with tough guys Darka and Simas. Warmup 30' + 3x1,5km tempo with 7' recovery (5'02" downhill / 5'23" uphill / 5'01" downhill)+ 4.5km/15cntr o-course 35' + 7x100m drills with 150m recovery 14' + 12' cooldown. Tough guys were running >40" better on each tempo run and they also did 10x100m drills. Resume: I'm slow as a turtle.

Job-Azuolynas-Job. Easy jog with 10x13" drills on 85% with 90" recovery + 1 series of jumpings. I felt better than I was expecting after long weekend.

Prienai. Popierine. Kaunas Middle. Warmup 25' + o-course 7.2km/19ctrl 45'20" + cooldown 20'. Legs weren't so fresh as in Paneriai but I did not so many mistakes, total about ~80". I'm satisfied with my result
