Kacergine. Easy running with Ramunchikas, Vilius and Takas. Left leg still hurts. Nothing changed. Shit. Should go to sport dispancer.

LTU night-o championships. Gelgaudiskis. Warmup 9' - o-course 7.0km/25strls 54'40/ avg 177 / max 187 - no cooldown. Fu.. day. ~8mins of mistakes and one double control (took 12th control instead of 16th). DSQ. Both legs hurts. Only one good point of this: This day was not Jukola's day. Season is over for me. Few weeks of rest to heel my legs and heart (hurts after such performance).

Kacergine. Night-o training with Ramunchikas. Felt bad phisically and technically. Almost walking all the time. Disappointed and sad.

Vilnius. Bukciai. Very good night-o training with hudge pack of o-friends. Course was with controls and many runners in the forest. Total about 5mins mistakes. Felt very tired at the last part of the course.

LTU cup. Middle. Warmup 14' - o-course 5.8km/18ctrls/40:16. Running speed was to low because of soring left leg and not recovered well after yesterday. And also 3mins of mistakes were too much for this course. Season almost gone ...LTU night champs just waiting.

LTU cup. Zarasai. Long distance. Warmup 10' - o-course 12.4k/23ctrls/73:54. Too much mistakes, totaly about 5mins, with good running tempo. First 6 controls were with more or less mistakes! Something wrong with concentration. Sauna at the evening for recovery..

Romainiai. Night-o training near home. Took it easy but still managed to do MANY MANY mistakes. 3rd night-o training this fall and no improvement at all. Didn't found at all some of control places. Conclusion: Night-o is some kind of art...

Easy jog with Ramunchikas and Vilius in Azuolynas and nigh-o training 3,0km/9ctrls/27'43" in Panemune. Better feeling at night then last week but it's much to improve still.

Kaisiadorys. Geri Vakarai. Some kind of competition... Warmup with Valdas 30' - o-course 6.2km/18ctrls 41'/avg177/max188 - cooldown Skyrma and Pupsikas 22'. Made one big mistake (~2mins) on second control and few small ones.

Panemune. Orientyras. No warmup - no cooldown. Jemelia and me decided to run Orientyras's course with headlapms at night. It was the first night training after one year. Course was planned very easy. Almost all controls were near tracks or roads, but I did many many mistakes. Few of them >=3mins. It's much to improve till LTU night championships.

J-A-J. Warmup 20' - 12x1.5' fast /0.5' recovery - 21' recovery with Jemelia and Rasyte. After 12th fast interval twisted my ankle... walked for a while and discontinued next few intervals. Nothing serious but little bit angry on myself for too much relaxing on downhill.

J-A-J. Very rainy and wet afternoon. Rasyte was the only one who isn't afraid of the rain. Warmup 37' - 6x10" drills - cooldown 11'.
