Joging near home. I understood very quickly that my stomach is full of pizza and I just can't enjoy my training so I decided to make very short run and not to die myself.

Home-Romainiai-Home. 'Romainiai Loop 2006'. Long run with Ramunchikas. Very tired at the end so decided not to run o-course for recovery.

Morning Resting-HR 52. I think it's good, recovered HR.

Job-Panemune-Job. Long run with Madeina's Masters. I did ski-run imitation to few up-hills so max rate is quite high. Good training so i'm interested about my tomorrow's Rest Heart Rate :)

Job-Azuolynas-Job. Easy run with Vilius and Ramunchikas with 2 drills: 3' (avg 184, max 189) + 6' recovery + 3' (avg 181, max 189). I'm much slower on flat roads than Ramunchikas.
