Sunday Feb 11

Cross Skiing 43:14 [3]9 km (4:48 / km) +180m 4:22 / km

Golf-Club. Two little loops: one myself + one with my wife (very very easy with few shortcuts). And one big loop, after 1/3 of this loop I was caught by Edvardas Baleisis so desided to run in front of him (hard and fun, loop time - 15:40) :).

Golf-club. I was measuring loops. Resume: 2.92km (asc 45m) + 3.73km (asc 90m).

Golf-Club. Big Loop tempo skiing with Maniakas, I was little bit luckier this time (no boom) so I won.

I'm very very happy with my weekend: many sports, many good emotions, many old friends, many brandy drinking saturday night, enough time spent with my family :))) What can be better??

Saturday Feb 10

Golf-Club. Pipiriskes . Long cross-skiing with many orienteering mates:). Every 3-4km standing, talking, taking tea or sandwitches. Not as hard as should be but the last 3-4km was very very uneasy.
I can recommend for everyone: It's is the best ski-track in Lithuania + dress-cabin + shower + caffe + good people around + beatifull seesign. I'll be back here surely. Maybe tommorow with my family??

Easy skiing in Azuolynas. Working on improving my skate technic. It's interesting: I'm moving little bit slower but much easier :). Forgot my heart-rate-monitor :(

Azuolynas. LKKA loop. Easy morning skiing, tried to understand what is wrong with my skating technic. It's much what can be improved.

Job-Azuolynas-Job. 666xTree-strumps (12'38"/156avg) + 6' recovery +19'/160avg (not high tempo, but not slow too) + 3x17" up-hill with Ramunchikas. Feeling like after goood training.

Job-Azuolynas-Job. 10x10" with 80" recovery + 2 series of jumpings (30xBig-step + 30xLeg to brest + 15xRight-leg +15xLeft leg + 30x'Goose' with recovery to 140rpm). Good feeling, well recovered, easy to run.
